Where the rich people stay

This Saturday was fun, I was able to tag along with Wolfgang and the Hospitality and Tourism Club to check out the 3 Starwood Hotels down in Waikiki (Honolulu area). I'm not in the club myself, but it was an excuse to get out of town and hang out with my euro man. It was fun and also I think a good experience for Wolfgang and the other hospitality and tourism management majors to get them re-energized and pumped for their major.

The properties were pretty dang nice, all fancy schmancy and right on the beach. We were a little disappointed that the lady showing us around didn't show us their fancy pants rooms, but they fed us for free, so we can't complain. Unfortunately I didn't bring my camera, but I took pictures on my phone. They are pretty bad quality, but I hope you can get the idea.

fancy little shelter things that you can rent for the day, although in my opinion it wouldn't be as glamorous and it seems, because it right next to several others, and a walk way is right behind you and the restaurant. But who am I to act like I know what I'm talking about?

I don't know if you can tell, but there is a pool that leads to the ocean, and the pool was called "the edge." pretty cool illusion.

This picture was taken from one of their fancy restaurant called "twist and hanohano (which means magnificent)" which is 30 floors up. it was an AMAZING view! I could of sit there all afternoon and just gazed into the never-ending ocean.

These two pictures are better quality which were taken by someone else in our crew
