But of course, my cute husband still insisted on getting me flowers (my favorite kind too)
We ended up deciding to have a little fun that day since we did both have it off from work after all.
We slept in and I made a late Valentine's Day breakfast (crepes of course)
Not to mention...4 years ago on V-Day, We had our first date! It also involved Nutella, so it only seemed appropriate. We then did a lil bit of shopping (I scored a jacket/coat from H&M that used to be $60, that was only $10!) and browsed the "Groupon Now" deals of the area, and chose to use one at a little cafe and bakery and had a delightful lunch.
Just for the record, yesterday was also the first moment in my life (that I can remember) that I wish I knew how to sew. I found a really cute dress at my favorite store (BR) (I can only afford sales at their factory store, and now I'm about 99% convinced they too have different clothing lines for the real deal store vs. the outlet)that was only $17, and it was originally $160! The only problem, is that it was about 3 sizes too big. I'm glad Wolfgang was the voice of reason and persuaded me to not buy it, because he knew I would never actually do anything to it to make it actually work. But if I knew how to sew, I would have snatched it right up!
Sorry, this ended up really long.
