Did you see this on Smash's blog? I saw it and was like...whhhhaaa??? Let me know if you like it. My mom swears by salt water nose rinses.
i thought the same thing... did you look at smash's blog and think to try this? i've never heard of this until smash's blog...
I have one of those...I too hate stuff up my nose, but it works and it makes me feel better when I do it...its not as bad as you think it would be, just remember to breath out your mouth :) good luck!

I have one of those...I too hate stuff up my nose, but it works and it makes me feel better when I do it...its not as bad as you think it would be, just remember to breath out your mouth :) good luck!
