Culture Night 09

Two weekends ago, it was yet another great 2 nights of "Culture Night" with outstanding performances. Unfortunately, Wolfgang and I didn't do any culture clubs this year, (last year we did swing club and had a blast, you can read about it in my post a year ago) and after watching the clubs perform, it really made me wish that I was performing again, but at the same time it was fun to be able to see all the performances this time around. I did vow though that I would do it next year, especially since it will be my last winter here at BYUH, which is weird to think about. After the watching all the performances, I would say that I would consider doing one of (or maybe even two) of the following clubs:
1. Indian Club Because they have WAY too much fun.

2. Kiwi Club (New Zealand)- Because duh, the Haka. It's by far definitely one of my favorites to watch because of it's intensity. Please excuse the poor video quality, and my random screams.

I wish you could see their faces, they kind of look like this:
3. Samoan Club- They too had way too much fun, and I really enjoyed their energy. The guy in the middle in the front with the green stripes on his leg is my landlord's husband, him and his family live right underneath me.

And here's some extra pictures

And here is a nice recap of the whole event, thanks to my friend Ben, the one with mad video & photography skillz. He was the official Hawaiian Club man, and did an awesome job, as so did the Hawaiian Club, they had a really great message with their performance.
